Formly and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by UNIKWORK.COM and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Formly without our express written permission.

6. Third-Party Services

Formly integrates with Google Drive and Forms. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their terms of service and privacy policies, which you should review separately. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or content of third-party services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Formly is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that Formly will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UNIKWORK.COM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Formly at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of Formly after such changes constitutes your consent to the new Terms.
