  • A. Information You Provide: When you connect your Google account to Formly, we may access your Google account details (e.g., email address, profile information) with your permission. This is necessary to integrate with Google Drive and Google Forms. Usage Data: Information about how you interact with Formly, such as forms you create, edit, or manage, and any data stored in Google Drive associated with your forms.
  • B. Permissions We Require: Storage Permission: To store temporary data or cache files on your device to improve app performance and functionality. Google Account Permission: To access and manage your Google Forms, Google Drive, and related data as authorized by you.
  • C. Automatically Collected Information: Device information (e.g., device type, operating system, unique device identifiers). Log data (e.g., IP address, browser type, pages visited, date/time stamps).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve Formly’s functionality, including managing Google Forms and integrating with Google Drive.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of our services.
  • Communicate with you about updates, support, or other important notices.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

  • With Google: When you authorize Formly to access your Google account, your data (e.g., forms, Drive files) is handled according to Google’s Privacy Policy. We do not control how Google uses or shares this data.

4. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Your Choices and Rights

  • Access and Control: You can manage or revoke Formly’s access to your Google account through your Google account settings at any time.
  • Data Deletion: You can request the deletion of your data by contacting us at info@unikwork.com. Note that some data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
  • Do Not Track: Formly does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals from browsers.

6. Children’s Privacy

Formly is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

Formly integrates with Google Drive and Forms. Your use of these services is subject to their respective privacy policies and terms of service. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.
