  • Google Account Permission: To access, create, edit, and manage your Google Forms and Google Drive files based on your authorization.

C. Automatically Collected Information

  • Device information (e.g., device model, OS version, unique identifiers)
  • Log data (e.g., IP address, app version, crash logs, timestamps)

  • Formly offers premium features through optional paid plans — Weekly, Yearly, and Lifetime.
  • All purchases and subscriptions are securely processed through Google Play Billing.
  • We do not collect or store any payment information such as card details or banking information.
  • Your subscription can be managed or canceled anytime through your Google Play account settings.
  • Prices, terms, and billing periods are clearly displayed within the app and on the Google Play payment screen.

  • We do not sell or rent your personal information.
  • With Service Providers: Only with trusted third parties that help operate Formly (e.g., analytics, crash reporting).
  • With Google: When you use Google integration features, your data is processed under Google's Privacy Policy.
