By using Formly, a product of Stark Equity LLC, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Formly provides AI-powered exercise form analysis and coaching recommendations for people training in the gym. It is for informational and training purposes only.

2. Subscriptions and billing

• Premium is billed through Stripe, or through your Apple Account in the iPhone app.
• Free trial periods are as described at sign-up.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel any time in Formly under Profile, then Subscription, then Manage (or in Settings, then your Apple Account, then Subscriptions for Apple purchases).

3. Your responsibilities

• You must be 13 or older to use Formly.
• You are responsible for the content you film or upload.
• Videos must contain only yourself or people who have agreed to be filmed.

4. Not medical advice

Formly's coaching is educational and is not a substitute for a qualified coach or medical advice. Always warm up, use weights you can control, and stop if you feel pain.

5. Limitation of liability

Stark Equity LLC is not liable for any injury or damage arising from following Formly's coaching recommendations.
