This policy explains what information Formly ("Formly", "we", "us") collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information: your email address, or the identifier provided when you sign in with Apple or Google.
• Personal details you choose to add: name, date of birth, sex, height, weight, training frequency and gym goal.
• Onboarding answers: gender, age group, goals, experience, training days, how you heard about us, and any referral code you enter.
• Key-moment photos: up to three still frames taken from the video you film, with your body tracking drawn on.
• Analysis data: your form scores, measurements, tips and history.
• Coach chat messages you send in the app.
• Purchase status: whether you have an active subscription. Payments are handled by Stripe or Apple; we never receive your full card details.

How your videos are handled

Your video is processed on your device and the video file itself is never uploaded to us. Formly tracks your body on your device and selects up to three still frames; only those frames leave your phone, and only to create your coach notes.

How we use your information

• To analyse your technique and generate scores, feedback and coach notes
• To personalise your tips using your profile (for example your goals and experience)
• To save your sessions, progress and streaks
• To operate subscriptions and verify access
• To send optional workout reminders, if you turn them on

Who we share it with

• Anthropic (Claude AI): your key-moment photos and measurements are sent to write your coach notes, and coach chat messages with your onboarding answers are sent to answer you. Anthropic processes this data to return a response and does not use it to train its models.
• Supabase: our database provider, which stores your account and the personal details you sync.
• Stripe and Apple: to process subscription payments.

We do not sell your personal information.

Where your data is stored

Your account and synced personal details are stored with Supabase. Your reports, photos and history are stored on your device. Data is encrypted in transit.

Deleting your account and your rights

You can delete your account and its associated data at any time in Formly under Profile, then Delete Account. This also cancels any Premium subscription. You can also contact us to request a copy of your data.

Children

Formly is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
